The main body of this object is made of interwoven pieces of wicker which create a circular basket with a flat bottom. Around the edges and the base of the object are thin rectangular pieces of wood which create a support system for the wicker of the basket. These pieces are a light brown/yellow in color as is the wicker. The top of the basket has a ring of slightly thicker wicker wound together and held in place and equal intervals by two pieces looping through the main body. Attached on opposite sides of the basket are two rings of jade which create the handles of the basket. These pieces of jade are light green in color and are held in place by three loops of string which secure them to the sides of the basket. On the adjacent sides to the handles are some string decorations on the basket. These decorations two piece of string each with three colorful beads attached to the bottom. At the top of the string are a single bead and a Chinese coin. The string is looped through the side of the basket holding it in place.
