General note

According to source this is a laundry sprinkler, which he bought at an auction sale in Chilliwack, circa 1975. It came from an old logging camp in the Chilliwack district (possibly Vedder Mountain or Chilliwack River Valley). To use it the container is filled with water, and when the tube is blown through, water comes out as a spray. ***Curator's note: Watering can used to dampen cloth before ironing. It is a complete sample, the funnel shaped tube was held to the mouth and blown through. This created a fine spray at the narrow end.
