Scope and content

A: The main figure is made out of a cream colored plastic material. It is a carving of a woman sitting upon a single seat cart that is being operated by two children presumably boys. The boy in the front is wearing a circular hat and has one leg up in the air as though he is running. He is holding two long handles that extend from the front of the cart. The second young boy is at the back of the cart with a bandana around his head he also has a leg in the air as though running and his hands are holding the back of the cart. The woman in the seat is wearing a long dress and her hair is in a bun. In her hand she holds an umbrella and a dog sits on her lap. Attached to either side of the seat are two circular wheels with spokes around them like wagon wheels. These wheels are attached under the cart by a bar and are able to be spun. B: This piece is a small circular plastic umbrella that the figurine is holding by a small wooden stick that is attached in its middle. The top of the umbrella is painted with a floral pattern and multiple colors of red, pink, green, blue, and gold. C: Small rectangular wooden platform upon which the figurine rest. The two front corners of the wood have been rounded and the front edge has ridges in the wood. The top and sides of the block have been painted black with a shiny finish while the bottom is unfinished.
