Collection consists of the records of various persons in the Chinese community in Kelowna. Collection includes business and personal correspondents and receipts, financial records, and wage statements. Personal correspondents consists of over 300 letters ranging in date from 1910-1979 which deal with topics such as family updates, employment, and well wishes. The majority of these letters were written by family member living in Hong Kong and Mainland China sent to men living in Kelowna. The majority of these letters have been translated.
