John Bowron and a lady sitting in a one horse drawn carriage. Beside the carriage there stands an older man, possibly Robert Borland, wearing a hat. And beside him is a little girl wearing a light dress. Beside this little girl is a two horse drawn wagon. This wagon has a unidentified Chinese man sitting on it. Beside this wagon are two more unidentified Chinese men standing beside it. These two men are dressed in Chinese style cloths. On the back of the photograph is written "Bowron Borland". The view appears to be looking south down onto Williams Lake. Borland had property there between 1890 and 1899 (see Marie Elliot's, Gold and Grand Dreams) L.17.7cm W.12.8cm Note on the back of the photo in pencil reads: Bowron Borland
